Achilles offers the three processing methods of "flame lamination", "paste lamination", and "hot melt lamination" to laminate soft urethane foam and various materials.

Flame lamination

This lamination method melts soft urethane foam which is pasted to other base materials.
Paste lamination

This lamination method uses solvent-based adhesives to paste together.
Hot melt lamination

This lamination method uses solvent-free adhesives to paste together. It is a processing method that is environmentally friendly.
